How does it work ?

To become an Orange SVA partner , simply submit your application to digital.partner@orange.com.

 

Requirements :

The contractor shall provide the legal documents authorizing the existence of his company. This includes the following documents:

 

• Partnership application
• Company's legal status
• Trade register
• Taxpayer's card
• Trading licence
• Location plan
• Managing director's national ID card
• Value added telecommunication services licence
• ART specification related to the licence
• ART authorization issuing short numbers
• Related business plan
• Technical architecture
• Service roadmap for the first year

 

File processing  procedure :

Once your application submitted to our team , it will follow the following process:

 

• Receiving the file
• Marketing survey
• Administrative studies
• Technical survey
• Editing and validation of the partnership agreement
• Payment of interconnexion fees
• Implementation of the interconnection

 

Implementation costs :

Service implementation costs are as follows:

 

 

 

 

• Cost of the SIP interconnection implementation : 4 000 000 FCFA
• Annual subscription per activated number : 120 000 FCFA
• Guarantee (refundable in case of contract termination ) : 100 000 FCFA
• monthly traffic per indivisible minute (excluding toll free number )
